Keep in mind though that Arabic, Persian and a lot of middle eastern melodies sound quite alike. It sounds more Persian and Indo-area esque rather then Arabic. i guess it has arabic melodies in it :Dīoy did those guys go off kelter with their Aramaic and Arabian themed melodies. it's the theme music of the arabian street fighter character "pullum purna". but i like that soundtrack which is named "arabesque".
